Refund policy

The Bashful Brunette allows returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered if the return meets the criteria below.

• Items must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. returns received after 14 calendar days will be refused.
  
• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains, pet hairs, smells. If clothing is damaged the return will be refused.
• All original tags must be attached and all packaging slips must be included in the return.
• Shipping Charges are non refundable.

All sale and clearance items are Final Sale! If a final sale item is returned to the Bashful Brunette, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the no returnable items!

If returns meet the criteria above a store credit (Bashful Brunette E-Gift card) will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
